4)If the wife and husband took their time and asked the right question regarding the surrogates family history they would have avoided the pregnancy and this catastrophic tragedy that took the life of the baby would have never occurred.
5)Yes!! this tragedy could definitely have been avoided!!
6)Furthermore as the man of the house the husband was too weak.
7)However if both the husband and wife had not allowed themselves to move ahead with this surrogacy process so quickly and recklessly without having full knowledge and understanding of what its requirements entailed.
8)They would not have ended up with such a horrific situation. The wife arrested facing charges that had now change their lives forever.
