Wow I finally watched this movie today 22nd Nov… I have been procrastinating watching this movie…. Like it was wholesome, sometimes you just need your own conviction, not your pastor's, your parent's but just hear from God 1st. I could recall having like 4 suitors then, but never saw any of them as my husband, or envisioned spending my life with them. The moment I met my husband and we became friends, without even talking about dating or even marriage, God spoke to me and when I was ignoring it he started showing up in my dream.. And when I tried to ghost him the moment he told me he liked me…the dream kept on coming, showing that he is my husband and that's final, to the glory of God I married him… I prayed and cried to God to show me my true husband and he never failed.

The movie ending would have been perfect if they hadn't done the trad. Like paid for the bride price.
The traditional marriage holds more weight and is more recognized by God than any other wedding.
A white wedding cannot be done without the traditional marriage but a traditional marriage can be done without the church and all will be alright.
Only that we Christians place value on it cos it's a way of getting God involved in a Christian/godly way other than mere tradition.
