I feel a little bad for Chika because she did not get jealous and go seducing her friend’s man, the man rather came to her. I’m sure his ritual could not face Chioma’s strong spirit. But that does not excuse her behavior after she took her mom’s advice and followed the man. I guess the money revealed her inside after all. Chika became a victim of a bad mother’s greed and Chioma dodged a bullet for sure. Lol. Sometimes, no and rejection is just God’s mercy protecting us. Nice movie with good moral lesson.
Chika let her desires blind her. She should’ve asked questions as to why Chioma and Tony didn’t fight or anything and all of a sudden Tony showed interest in her and insisted on choosing her. She suddenly felt she was better than her friend and could do better. Smh. Be careful when the tides suddenly turn, seemingly in your favor. It might be luring you closer to sea just so you can drown.
