There are so many lessons learnt from this movie:
First one, destiny can be delayed but can't be changed.
The king's mother tried everything to make sure her son didn't die young as he was predestined, but his destiny outplayed her efforts.
Second one, a child that isn't brought up properly at home will be taught a bitter lesson from outside.
Thirdly, our dreams are often warnings and we should take them seriously and pray against any evil manifestation that might be lurking somewhere await us.
If the king and his wife had acted on her dream and gone for consultation, they probably would have been able to prevent it from coming to past.
Finally, even in anger, we should thread carefully.
The warrior was so angry that he didn't listen to his own mother's plea, even though she's the one he was fighting for. In other words, he actually disrespected his mother and paid the ultimate price, because the king he's even supposed to serve as retribution for fighting with him, died due to his actions. So, he too will die, ir suffers the rest of his life…
