Ija Esin 2
Religion is a path to the Creator, but kindness is the bridge that keeps our families together.
Also Faith is meant to be a sanctuary, not a battlefield. When we prioritize being “right” over being compassionate, we teach the next generation that religion is a source of chaos rather than a source of comfort. As parents, Don’t let your devotion become the reason your children walk away. Let your character be the reason they stay.

  1. Sincerely it's a wonderful movie… Sister Regina swept me off balance with her eloquence in Yoruba language. How she exemplified her faith was also exceptionally brilliant.

Everyone who has really taken time to dissect and digest this movie would discover that Sodiq and Mary really loved each other in the movie… Even if it's in real life it's an exceptional love.

Another milestone that was revealed in the movie was the conviction of both lovers. Sodiq's conviction came from the revelation he received through his dream, the same with Mary.

Convictions that come through such means could hardly be taken away from anyone of them and that was why the altercations were to the high heavens because each one of them was remembering the revelations and they were thinking those who were advising them wanted to lead them astray… It's usually extremely difficult when people see something like this and had proofs to back it up.
What would make them change would have been a greater revelations than the ones they had had which wasn't revealed in the movie….

They actually were not fighting for God in my own view, they were indeed trying to bring other party into their fold but they went about it slightly wrongly because they thought they could achieve that by being harsh, meeting hostility with hostility, that was their errors…

Another stricking thing that showed their exceptional love for each other was that they never beat each other, No fighting even when their voices were high against each other and their testosterone and oestrogen was at the peak levels, yet they maintained decorum showing that when one indeed loves a partner it would be very hard to raise your hand on the person no matter what the person has done or is doing… It's a unique lesson that shouldnt be brushed aside…

Alhaja too has really done a wonderful job not exempting Jamil…

If movies are being nominated for award, I sincerely NOMINATED this MOVIE FOR AN AWARD… It touches the fabrics of Yorubas because we are mingled with one another… In a family you would see Christians, Muslims and the traditional worshippers… An alien to Yorubas would readily discover this during wedding ceremony, Burial Ceremony and other important ceremonies in our land and culture there we would see inter-religious relationships without rancor in Yoruba land, Indeed our Culture is a blessed one.

    Well-done all actors and actresses.

    Ẹ kú isẹ́ ọpọlọ!

And sister Regina kudos to you, more revelations of good scripts in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

    I really enjoyed the movie!
