“Final Destination 5” follows Sam Lawton, who has a premonition of a bridge collapse that kills everyone on his bus except his ex-girlfriend, Molly. When the premonition comes true, Sam and the survivors must figure out how to cheat Death, which begins claiming them one by one in bizarre accidents.
