I'm SS while my elder brother is AA.I lost my mom when I was a kid, I eventually got a step mom who never pay attention to me. I have 5 other siblings, sound and healthy but when I'm in crisis I'm always ignored… Sometimes I wish they should at least have some taste of the pain…..
It's really stunted my growth in everyway
But recently I received a word from God that He will Rebuild me again. However I don't know how or the way it's going to happened.
I thing I'm sure of is that I will remember no more the reproach of being a SS.
This was eye opening and also pushed me to pursue faith in God regardless of circumstances. We ought to surrender to Him and not hold onto projected outcomes.

When both parents are AS, there is a 25% (1 in 4) chance for each pregnancy to result in an AA child, a 50% chance for an AS child, and a 25% chance for an SS (sickle cell disease) child. God is not really silent he's always speaking but are we able to just stop n listen to him? Thats the real question. I know we love our own way but his ways are higher than ours 🇬🇭🇬🇧🙏
