  1. You would think after being best friends that their love would flourish into something special and unique. He didn't value what he had until he lost it. I guess that love wasn't enough for him from Sonia character. A damn shame.

  2. Lesson learned.
For anyone thinking that pregnancy will make a man stay, this is a clear reminder that it doesn’t work that way. You might only end up becoming a baby mama instead of building a real relationship.

This movie teaches an important lesson: you can’t force or negotiate love.
Let love be genuine, mutual, and intentional — let love lead.

  3. The end is fitting. He can keep his money. They are both wrong. She took advantage of the fact that he was groggy from medications to seduce him, knowing he didn't love her romantically. Once pregnant she should have just coparented the child instead of being such a needy, clingy person with no spark or independence. Who knows, he could have fallen for her going through the whole pregnancy together or while they coparented their child with no pressure. Lacking that independence and spark was what he found in someone. He on the other hand should have stood his ground and not married her no matter what and only agree to coparent. Or should have made it clear the marriage was in name only for the sake of the child instead of being wishy washy. Very well acted movie. We need Part 2 because I don't think their story is over…Kudos to them all!

  4. What people have to understand is that's, once you stand before God to make any promises, he holds us to it. We must not be in a hurry to make them and I pray that if and when we do, may he help us to keep them

  5. I hope women are learning sha, dem no dey force man to love o. As a matter of fact you can't force anyone to love you.
Somadina was not wrong one bit, he made it clear what he wanted and did not want, Nina just didn't want to accept it.

  6. How did Nina become the victim in this? This was a good movie because it was a different story line/ plot. He was wrong by allowing the sister and Nina to manipulate him into getting married and he didn’t love her. He should have never involved the other woman and didn’t end things with his wife first. There are some good lessons in this movie. Thank God it is a movie and not real life…. I hope. ❤ thanks for sharing

  7. The funniest part of life is that the lady the man really loves might not love the man. She may also have someone she is crushing on. In reality , the man always ends up being tricked by women once he has failed to accept real love . It happened to someone I know. The man is over seventy , he rejected the woman who fell deeply in love with him in their early stage but later became lonely because the woman he fell in love with was in love with another man and brought in two children from that man . The DNA revealed it but it is too late now. The woman left while the man is now a shadow of himself at old age.

  8. Honestly… Watching this movie made me teary😢😢
I could really relate with her feelings and how much it hurts.

You love someone truly, build your future around them and gave 100% to someone who wouldn't even give you a 10.

The feeling of being in a relationship alone and being the only one who wants it to work… Hurts😢

  9. Nice movie! What a situationship! But honestly the guy(Soma) never loved the girl(Nina) from the beginning. He loved her as a sister. The only mistake he did, was to marry Nina out of pity. He felt sorry. That's where he should have stood his ground not to marry her.

  10. This nina's sister is annoying, like what is your problem, I for don land you slap first make everywhere for blur ,will.the presence of soma bring the child back ? Your sister put herself in this situation, so you should be scolding her

  11. Let's the fair, Soma's friend told him upfront that the Nina was inlove with him.. that was where he should have stopped entertaining Nina. Much as Nina was manipulative, Soma entertained it. They both share in the blame..

And Nina should have loved herself enough to move on.. like how loud could "I don't love you" be ? The marriage is loveless.. what other signs is she looking for?

But sadly women like to play the Messiah role of "my love is enough for us" "a wise woman builds her home"

Overall, this is a great movie.. love the lessons

  12. This movie brought back so many memories. I was once so in love with this man. We had started as friends but later went beyond friendship and our roller-coaster journey that lasted years. There was nothing he couldn't get me to do. To say I was a fool in love is to say the least.. Long and short of the story is that after about 15years, I can finally love myself and move on.

  13. She owes this man an apology for forcing everything in assumptions from beginning to end..not only that ,for wasting years of his life!!!….when from the on start she was instigating every conversation ..As for the guy i believe one day he'll act like a proper man and stand his ground without sentiments…Am sure she has learned love is never forced..

  14. Soma is the victim. Nina forced this marriage thing on him abeg. Nina refused to better herself or take the Lagos job because of a man who didn’t love her. All her ambition was centered on having Soma and that alone. Omo, you can’t and shouldn’t use pregnancy to tie a man down ooo.

Not only did their marriage die but their precious friendship.

But again, after the loss of the child, Soma didn’t really do well o. See him talking abt Daniella abi Diana with so much passion….chai!

Somadina did not act man enough either or bold enough. Why say I love you when you clearly do not? Why even marry her at first, regardless of whatever the situation is.

  15. Why is Chioma so angry though? Nina started and caused this whole thing! Love is not forced like this.
Let Nina share in the blame as well.
Soma could have done better by being man enough but he was more of a victim.

  16. Men never know what they want even the girl he claims to love he didnt, was only after the hell body and out of frustration from home like he will not still cheat on Diana😏😏
