I’m sorry, what the heck is this? No character development whatsoever. The girl is sexually assaulted, treated poorly by the mother-in-law, then has to come back and stay with the mother-in-law while she’s pregnant, the mother-in-law continues to mistreat her while she’s pregnant. She is forced to forgive the son and mother-in-law after what she’s been through even to go as far as to accept another name the mother-in-law gives to her own child. What type of message are we sending with this type of movie? Sexual assault of any kind it’s unacceptable.
