I love that Aima's parents listened in the end. Finally, they understood. Mine seem to be daft😅. I'm tired of explaining myself and getting it thrown to my face. I'm tired of trying to speak up and have it used against me. But I thank God because He has healed me and showed me love😊. He has delivered me from the need of jumping from relationship to relationship seeking love, attention, just a hug – literally. I can attest that Jesus truly is my friend 😊 even though my parents aren't. Jesus has healed me even though the situation hasn't changed. I pray this same healing over every child in pains and trauma and self sabotage because of parental absenteeism. May Jesus meet you exactly where you are, just like He did me❤.

Children need love, attention, guidance. The absence of a parent even though they are physically in the picture hurts more. Because they are too busy with their own problems and forget they brought a child here on earth, who needs them more!
I personally related with the movie a lot. I pray that i be there for my kids, spiritually, mentally, emotionally etc, when the Lord blesses me with them. A parent should embody the love of Christ to their children.
