The part that interests me the most is that part of Estate management and security personnels . Landlords and tenants would pay for service charge and other payments to the management, only for the estate management to withhold the salary of these security company. This has resulted the owner of the security company using his money to pay salaries, so that his staffers won't leave their job and start begging money from visitors and residents. This is what is going on in one of the estates in Enugu located between Ugwuaji and Amechi. If it continues, I will come here and mention the name and the people responsible for this .
