  3. Thank you, Ms. Biodun, for all that you do. I really enjoy your storytelling, and this is meant as constructive feedback.
    My main thought is that forgiveness doesn’t always mean reconnection or reconciliation. Those are very different things, especially when addiction and past hurt are involved. Without knowing the full backstory of what the daughter went through with her mom, the shift toward forgiveness and the outcome felt a little quick.
    I also think it’s important to acknowledge that many people who are kind, forgiving, and emotionally healthy still struggle to conceive, so tying pregnancy to forgiveness can feel a bit unrealistic.
    And if a baby were involved, having an actively addicted parent around would raise real concerns about boundaries and breaking cycles of trauma.
    I say all this with respect — I appreciate the realism in your stories, and I just wanted to share a different perspective. 🙏
