Nice movie and lessons for everyone I must say. But everyone has his/her opinion regarding what happened between Amala and Chijioke.
Initially, I was glad Chijioke did not take advantage of her for always coming around to help him at home. I also felt he took her as a student under his tutelage and as a result, he tried to respect himself by not abusing the ordinary friendship between them. This is because most at times, ordinary friendship is better than having something more with an opposite sex.
We all make mistakes without realizing them quick. But everything happens for a reason. If Chijioke had not lied to Amaka's mom, would she had taken that hard decision to focus on herself? She would not have gotten everything clearer.
The writer did not allow Chijioke to really tell us the reason behind his actions. Why did not open up to Amaka before Tosin came around as a Corper.
Nevertheless, I give kudos to the writer and producer for not including sex, pregnancy and indecent dressing scenes. Also, I am happy Uche Montana did not fix her usual long long nails.
