Well noted it is a nice movie
The son is a very senseless and insensitive socalled prince, he doesn't listen to the voice of reasoning. Again, why would the socalled bodyguard leave the stupid stubborn prince alone while there are unknown men hanging around with them regarding to security issues surrounding the royal family.
