I think all these things have to have with their father's death. When their mother said this thing is not ordinary when Ken Erics arrested Jerry, I thought that this fight and problems have to have with their father's death, they found his dead body outside along the road and he was a native doctor, this happened in the beginning of the first part, some years early before they came to the present, remember!, and when we see that same father appeared in the dream of Ken Erics'wife before her miscarriage (which I relate to that dream, jerry is innocent in this), I can say with assurance that the key of all their problems is their father death. Let's see if I'm right or not….
