I believe in forgiveness, but I think I would have left him after he BEAT the FIRST baby out of me. That way it wouldn't have turned into hatred. Being subjected to all the abuse for so many years scared her mind seriously, maybe beyond repair. Not to mention the children. Yes, her husband DID change. That's like smoking cigarretts for many years and then expecting for your lungs to be in tip top shape after you quit smoking….
