What if the world’s most powerful business school… had no classrooms, no tuition, and no degrees?
For over 500 years, a system known as Igba Boi has quietly created thousands of entrepreneurs, business owners, and millionaires across Africa — without banks, venture capital, or formal education.

You’ll discover:
How young apprentices are trained from scratch into successful business owners
The powerful concept of “settlement” (Idu Ugo) and how it launches new entrepreneurs
Why this system produces lower business failure rates than modern startups
Real-life stories of individuals who rose from nothing to building massive business empires
The deep cultural philosophy of “Onye aghala nwanne ya” — and why it matters
This is more than a story about business.
It’s a masterclass in mentorship, discipline, community, and generational wealth creation.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, student, or simply curious about how wealth is built in different parts of the world — this video will change how you think about success forever.

Igbos are the light of Africa. Igbo ingenuity and resilience is not to be compared to anything.
It can also be called "Igba Odibo" in pure Igbo language.
Mazi Onwordi Ngozi…You are better than even an investigative journalist. Jisike Nwanne.
Excellent video.
Best to keep the indigenous name 'Igba Odibo' rather than corrupting such an important system with the worthless word of foreign invaders.
It would be interesting to learn how this 'Igba Odibo' was inspired and originated in the first place.
Building a 'generational system' for a whole ethnic group does not happen everyday and 'out of the blue'.
I bet that there is a back story to this Igbo-wide and practical and special system, regardless of the flaws of some individuals.
Thanks for this 🙏
Remove that "Boi".
Boi is not an Igbo word.
It is called Igba Odibo.
Thanks greatly my brother for the great work you are doing to propagate the place of Ndi-Igbo in global civilization, especially as Nigeria is working hard to shadow Ndi-Igbo or deliberately paint us everything evil.
