I don't even understand what you people are doing, first you ask her to quit her job which she agreed she eventually did not quit the job , I just feel the scene where he said she should quit job is not necessary. Secondly she went to tell the boss she would be quitting her job month end because they will be relocating when they've not even started the relocation process. She was kidnapped after the child died and the boss came after she was released as if he was just hearing about the death of the child.
