The conquest of Jerusalem is one of the most significant events in Islamic history, achieved through the great victories led by Khalid ibn al-Walid. Before the conquest, the Battle of Yarmouk against the Byzantine Empire marked a critical turning point on the road to Jerusalem. In this battle, Khalid ibn al-Walid’s strategic genius and the courage of the Muslim army inflicted a crushing defeat on the Byzantine forces. The Battle of Yarmouk was a bloody struggle that lasted for days, filled with intense clashes. Despite the Byzantine army’s strength and large numbers, the Muslims fought valiantly and emerged victorious.
The victory at Yarmouk left Jerusalem defenseless. The Muslim armies then laid siege to the city, leading to fierce clashes with the Byzantine forces stationed there. These intense battles ultimately forced the Byzantine army to retreat, paving the way for the city’s surrender. The people of Jerusalem, facing heavy losses and unwilling to endure further bloodshed, agreed to surrender. However, this was only after a period of significant conflict and heavy casualties.
After the conquest, Caliph Umar personally traveled to Jerusalem to assume control of the city’s administration. This historic victory solidified Muslim rule in the region, and Jerusalem became one of the most important cities in the Islamic world.
Khalid ibn Walid is a murderer and assassin who killed many Muslims. He was an alcoholic and a rapist and committed unspeakable acts that are forbidden by Islam and heavily punished. He is a scumbag.
The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) never gave the title “Sword of Allah” to Khalid bin Waleed, on the contrary, he said: O Allah, I dissociate myself from what Khalid bin Al-Waleed has committed. (Sahih Al-Bukhari; pages 7189 and 4339,
Sahih Al-Nasaa'ee by Al-Albanian; page 5420,
Al-Shawkani in Nayl Al-Awtaar نيل الأوطار، 8/9,
Al-Muhalla of Ibn Hazm; 10/368
Al-Estée'aab by Ibn Abdil Barr, 2/12
Khalid bin Al-Walid was a friend of Abu Bakr, who appointed him military leader. Umar called Khalid an enemy of Allah. (Ibn Al-Atheer; Al-Bidayah wal-Nihayah 9/461)
Al-Dhahabu; Siyar A; Kaamil Al-Nubalaa' ;1/378
Tareekh Al-Tabari; 2/213.
I believe in ibn Walid Khalid and Allah SWT
And all the prophets
Khalid bin Waleed was a bastard
