This movie carries a profound emotional grip from start to finish. From the opening scene to the final frame, I was completely glued to the storyline. It presents a very unconventional narrative about love, emotions, and the silent damage caused when feelings go unexpressed.
The main character, Chucks, delivered an extraordinary performance. He translated the emotional depth of his character with precision!! . Every gesture, every look, every moment he appeared on screen reflected a deep understanding of the role he was playing. Bobby Ekpe truly has a gift for capturing the essence of every character he embodies.
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Itβs powerfully romantic in the way it communicates emotion, vulnerability, longing, and human complexity.

Whatever that's happening to marriage these days seriously I can't explain- now imagine such a situation and the husband is just physically there in marriage. I think most times it's best one's selfworth than losing themselves in the process of recovering what's already broken. Cheating normally affects marriage the hard way to the extent that it becomes hard to gather the broken pieces- how I wish they communicated about their insecurities to help them work this out π€π€π€π€. The backup group is something else π π π π π - we need to realize when we say vows for better for worse we shouldn't leave the worse out of the picture and always opt to pull out when it's worse it's a bond that needs to be there forever till death do you part not court do you part. Both parties need to work towards the working of this union
This is not a me-to Nollywood movie. It is deep, one of the finest in terms of writing, and acting. This is in line with what I usually say, no need to lie about actors in a movie. A great movie will always be a great movie regardless of the names of the actors. I have not seen any of these actors and actresses before, they are not the ones I see often yet they nailed the movie and I cannot think a differe4nt cast would have been this good in this story.
An underrated movie
I'm not a fan of people going into marriage without respecting the rules of marriage. Why will a married man entertain closure with another woman? Why can't a married man discuss his fears, insecurities and dislikes with his wife? I always say this, "once a man has another best friend apart from his wife, the marriage is gone"

Great lesson taught here. In my opinion A marriage cannot fix a dead relationship.
An error though. She claimed a weird guy who her sister matched her with introduced her to his books, Neme's Persuasion, and that it was a good book. But the others after it weren't great. Then it turned to her and Goke reading books and she discovered him. Then it turned to her finding out the books through someone reading it in the garden and she loved the cover. So which is it? Also, Neme's Persuasion that was the best became the worst book that something was wrong with it? And she named another book as his best? When he said he found out what was wrong with Neme's Persuasion, I thought it was a mistake and he meant to say he found out why that one was great. Turned out, it's been demoted to not great. The scriptwriters did a mistake there, which shouldn't have been, since that was integral to the story.
I wish I cld tell my hubby what he finally told her bt my kids love and admire him so much!
