This is a terrible movie and I’m very disappointed that women are involved in a movie that promotes torturing widows. There was no mention of how the MIL was abusive to his wife for months while she tolerated it, or the family that lacked boundaries and was insulting her when she walked in on them dancing on her living room table. On top of that we now find out the mother was aware that this poor woman didn’t kill her child and still abused a widow for 3 months. Story writing is terrible, where were her parents while she endured all that!!! I love Mide martins and Lola idije tbh I like all the characters in the movie but this one is not it at all. Zero moral lessons, now had the MIL been quiet, calm and non problematic it would have made a little more sense.
MIL kept crying she suffered to raise her child like the wife dropped from heaven. We didn’t see her own family stress him once! ‘Iyawo le fi e le anytime’ is the advice you’re giving your child? If her family gives her the same advice now what? Meanwhile stats show that men leave their families more. You people will have to try again! This one was nonsense
