The person involved is no longer here, so there is no reason to deny the children access to their father’s family. Doing so appears unfair and lacks compassion.
With due respect, is this an ignorance from oriyomi ? Is Alh not aware that legally, minors should be with their mother under child Act? The only situation that will make the mother to loose custody is if the mother willingly waive the custody, if the woman is not in her right frame of mind, if the woman has immoral act or if the woman is a drug abuser.
This judgement will never stand in any law court. The children must at all time be with the parent and not any third party. The father took the child to a third party and the law is against it. I have come to conclusion that the lady doesn’t know her rights under the law.
The husband admitted that he has consistently abuse and beat the woman, this is not a character that any child should emulate and the man has no moral ground to have the custody of the child, and to worsen the matter – he took the girl to his sister.
The lady is ignorance and that's why she will agree to this kind of biased judgement. So Oriyomi could justify the beating and say it was because the man doesn't want to loose her ! Omooo, I expected more from Alh.
