The old Lion's sorry state is just getting old and i n a natural culture, they are usually killed off soon after they lose their pride to another male Lion unit. Of course you are going to get ugly when you get old. I'm seeing that occur in me right now as I am in my seventy-sixth year.
Yes this might be the last place to find the Asiatic Lion, but they are actually flourishing within the national parks. It’s not like these lions are dwindling in their numbers. All the credit goes to the conservation efforts of the Indian government. Conservation is one area where they have excelled.
In most asiatic lion videos we see a "belly fold" in every asiatic lion..i wonder why it was absent in many females in first part of the video… It is also amazing to see how very few percent of all the infected lions died of CDV given the fact that all 500+ asiatic lions are inbread (identical twins) and coming from a dozen founder members.

Humans are selfish and greedy species;, all their activities destroy the earth, land that wild animals need to survive. Despite India has 1,000+ gods to pray to and 1.1+ billions of over population humans, they can't spear more lands for these majestic animals to live and hunt for survival 😞 , .why put a collar aroundl lions for studying; maybe humans needs to be studied on their destructive and greedy nature.😞😔
