  1. Fehintola ( younger sister)and Omoyeni (man friend) are genuinely good relatives to Morire, it’s very unfortunate that Morire went after fetish powers and couldn’t keep to the Covenant. This brought act brought misfortune to the villagers and they were all scared of Fehintola and Morire but then this all started from Ibiyemi their mother. Thanks to the Baale (her biological father) for standing by fehintola in the search for the solution. Even though it was stressful, until he died and the killer of baale also died by Morire. Omoyeni was the only one who survived this hassle. Interesting storyline❤(Papinina______)

  2. Fehintola, Morire’s younger sister, and Omoyeni, her close male companion, were truly kind and supportive figures in her life. Sadly, Morire strayed into fetish practices and failed to uphold the covenant she was bound to, and that decision brought serious misfortune upon the entire village. As fear grew, the villagers began to dread both Morire and Fehintola. However, the root of it all traced back to their mother, Ibiyemi.

The Baale, who was also Fehintola’s biological father, deserves recognition for standing firmly by her side in the search for a solution. Despite the emotional and physical toll of the journey, he remained committed until his death. In a twist of fate, the person responsible for the Baale’s death was later killed by Morire.

In the end, Omoyeni was the only one who made it through all the chaos and hardship alive.

A truly captivating and intense storyline.

  3. Fehintola, Morire’s younger sister, alongside Omoyeni, her trusted male friend, were genuinely well-meaning and loyal to her. Unfortunately, Morire chose a dangerous path by seeking fetish powers and breaking the covenant she was meant to honor. That single decision unleashed a wave of misfortune on the entire village, leaving the people terrified of both her and Fehintola.

However, the situation didn’t begin with them—it all traced back to their mother, Ibiyemi. The Baale, who was Fehintola’s biological father, played a crucial role by standing firmly with her in the search for a solution. Even though the journey was exhausting and filled with challenges, he remained committed until his passing. In a turn of events, the person who killed the Baale eventually met their end through Morire.

Through all the chaos and tragedy, Omoyeni stood out as the only one who survived the entire ordeal.

A deeply engaging and dramatic storyline.

  4. Fehintola, Morire’s younger sister, and Omoyeni, her loyal male friend, were both sincere and supportive figures in her life. Sadly, Morire made a fateful choice to pursue fetish powers and failed to remain faithful to the covenant she was bound by. That decision set off a chain of misfortune that affected the entire village, leaving the people fearful of both her and Fehintola.

However, the origin of all the chaos could be traced back to their mother, Ibiyemi. The Baale, who was also Fehintola’s biological father, stood firmly by her side in the search for a solution, showing strength and commitment despite the difficulties they faced. Even though the journey was stressful and demanding, he remained steadfast until his death. In a twist of fate, the one responsible for the Baale’s death was later killed by Morire herself.

In the end, Omoyeni emerged as the only one who survived the turmoil and tragedy.

    A powerful and captivating storyline.

  5. Feyintola didn't deserve what happened to her. The problem started from the foundation (the mother). It's just so sad,the lesson here is that one should be contented and not try to turn the race of life. Moyeni really tried. A good man I stan 👌👌👌.

  6. A masterpiece movie 😊🎉 the lessons that I learnt from the movie are :

    1. Shortcuts to Success Carry Hidden Costs

Morire wanted wealth and love but chose ritual instead of going through a natural process

At first it worked as she became rich and admired but later it led to her downfall and death

Anything that gives quick success without effort often comes with hidden consequences that appear later and are more dangerous

    2. Generational Consequences Are Real

It was revealed that Ibiyemi their mother had done the same ritual and Morire followed the same path without knowing

This shows that the problem did not start with her but was already in the family

If negative patterns are not identified and stopped they will continue from one generation to another often with worse effects

    3. Evil Choices Affect More Than the Individual

Morire’s ritual not only harmed her but caused chaos in her family and the community as a whole

Even the herbalists who tried to help got affected too showing the ripple effect of her actions

Bad decisions rarely stay isolated they often impact others in ways the person cannot foresee

    4. Wealth Without Peace Is Meaningless

Even though Morire was rich her life was filled with fear, problems, and unrest

Her money could not save her from the consequences she faced

True success is not just about money but also peace, stability, and a clear conscience

    5. Some Consequences Cannot Be Avoided

At the end Feyintola accepted that she had to face the result of Ibiyemi’s past actions i.e their mother past mistakes .

All efforts to escape or fix the situation failed

Some actions bring consequences that cannot be avoided and must be faced no matter how difficult they are. And finally I learnt that we should not get involved in anything that can cause problems for us and other next generations to come .

  7. GONGO is a fantastic movie that everybody must watch haha this life us deep see what Morire has done to herself all because of wealth, she used her hand to seek for Alajonu Kesiketu from Bilumila that is beyond her power. Now see her end she did not enjoy her life, she used her own to affect her sister Feyintola and Moyeni and all the village. But let assume Feyintola pick Morire call that day she might not go an meet penro that cause all this problem to Morire life . But that slap that Feyintola give kowope enter 😂😂but kowope too have bad mouth 😂😂 But what Ibiyemi too did is not good all because of this world .But Baale really try for them .In this life we should learn how to be satisfied with anything we have and any condition we are. job well-done to all the cast and crew of this beautiful movie. To the producer take your flowers 🎉🎉🎉more wisdom ma.

  8. The story is so pathetic ibiyemi did not have patience by doing what she did with aljonu after all that she did not marry a rich person, chief, she went so low by marrying someone that has nothing and later gave birth to bale, her daughter grow up also did not have patience like her mother she took after her mother is only fehintola that is different from them she is a husler and did not want to run pass her destiny they just implicate that innocent lady😢there history is so bad,I must clap for you for a job well done for the first time of watching your film you did not disappoint me take your flowers, weldone all the cast and crew ❤❤

  9. The most powerful lesson I learned from Gongo is the deep value of 'Ohun Owo Mi Oto' (What my hand can reach). The movie beautifully illustrates that true contentment is not about having everything, but about being satisfied with what you have while you wait for your own time.
When we try to jump to the 'peak' through greed or shortcuts, we lose the very happiness we were chasing. True enjoyment is reaching the top with a clear conscience!
Thank you @renike_oladimeji for this powerful masterpiece. 🙏🏾🔥

  10. Hmmm Ohun owo ni o to, ma fi gongo fa😢

Omo feyintola really tried for her sis morrire and moyeni really stood by them 😢 it's so sad that all their efforts eventually went to vain even after what they passed through 😢 this is a big lesson to us never to do something that will not be bold of or later regret and we should remember every actions we take may not only affect us but it can extend to our children or even our relatives feyintola was affected by what she knows nothing about and was also looking for solution here and there which eventually did not yield any positive results 😢😢 thanks so much for this masterpiece I really learnt from it @Renikeoladimejitv 🙏🙏🙏

  11. final scary moment where everything comes to a head

A young woman is suddenly grabbed from behind by a strange, dark figure in the forest. Her hand flies to her mouth—not just to stop a scream, but because she instantly senses something is wrong… something not human. The man behind her looks possessed, his eyes cold and empty, like he’s being controlled by a powerful spiritual force.
The air feels heavy. The night is silent. No one is there to help.
This scene represents the moment she realizes she has stepped into a dangerous world of dark powers—where escape may not be possible.

    She thought she was alone.
    But the forest was watching.
Before she could run, a hand seized her.
    Cold. Unnatural.
Her scream died in her throat as fear took over.
Behind her stood a man… or something wearing a man’s body.
And in that moment, she knew—
    this was not just danger…
    this was evil. 🔥

  12. This movie is really worth my time,my data and everything.😊 imagine a whole family perishing because of what they did. I learnt that there's no shortcut to success and no matter what you do always remember tomorrow.

  13. Nice work Miss Renike Oladimeji. Am your fan on Instagram and this is my first time watchting Yoruba film though at first was scared because my baby is sleeping and all dark that juju part😂😂😂😂,was covering my eyes. I learnt that in life, We should be contented with what we have no rushing, and been greedy will take u to a place u will later regret, I applaud her younger sister Fehintola who stood by her own despite friend influence, just be your self no matter what a manage the little you have. Patience is the key to everything. Let me sleep since have watched.🎉😊

  14. Omoyeni is such a good friend 😢he really stood by fehintola and morire😢

Morire is such a greed person all because of the things of the world…..

I felt bad that fehintola eventually died after all the stress she passed through so her sis can be alive but their mother is the source of their problem.

  15. Gongo is a must watch movie for everyone, take your flowers mam 🩵🥳I learnt so many lessons from the movie. Firstly I leant that whatever happens sisters bond should never loose it’s authenticity. Morire and Fehintola were not that close hence the reason why Fehintola was not aware of the things happening in her sister’s life . I also leant that we should stay away from anything that can cause grievous repercussions for us and other generations to come . Ibiyemi made some mistakes in the past which affected her children. I also leant that herbalists too should desist from doing rituals for people as sooner or later it will bounce back to them . I learnt that we should desist from any thing that we know we are not capable of doing naturally because it will surely have repercussions. I also learnt that we should not let our anger overpower us , Morire’s boyfriend let his anger overshadow him and that is why he couldn’t handle the rejection of the marriage which led to him pushing Morire from upstairs which led to the foundation of the sickness. I pray for millions views for this project mam 🙏🙏🙏
